Items labeled dry-⁠clean only that weren't flagged aren't covered. If it's precious, keep it out of the bag.

Every bag is weighed at the laundromat, and we email you a photo of the scale with your total. Under your auto-⁠go limit, washing starts. Over it, we wait for your reply.

Say no and the bag comes back unwashed, at no charge. If the number looks off, tell us before you pay: we re-⁠weigh, send a second photo, and you pay the lower of the two.

Cancel free any time before the courier heads out, by replying to your confirmation email.

No card is needed to request a pickup. After your laundry is back, we email a payment link. It opens our payment processor’s secure page, so your card details never touch our website.

Laundry service isn't subject to New York sales tax, so the total in your weigh-⁠in email is the total.

Put buzzer codes or gate instructions in your notes. The courier calls only if the buzzer fails, and only if you gave us a number. No texts.

If we can't get into your building at delivery, we email you, call if you gave us a number, and try again in the next window.

The price you see when you request a pickup is the price for that pickup. Prices on this site are honored for requests made while they are shown.
