Whatever you type into a pickup request or the buzzer: first name, email, phone if you add one, ZIP, street and apartment, buzzer notes, your window and your laundry preferences.

• Pickup details you give us, including handoff and access notes
• Your weigh-⁠in history: weight, total, auto-⁠go limit, delivery time
• The link that brought you here, including campaign tags and ad click IDs
• Counts of page views from our own cookie-⁠free stats, with rough country and device type

To pick up, wash, weigh and return your laundry; to send the scale photo, the receipt and the payment link; to answer you; and to see which of our posters and ads actually bring people to the buzzer.

We count page views with a small tool that runs on this domain, sets no cookies and does not follow you around the internet. No ad pixels, no chat bubbles, no recordings of your screen.

If you clicked one of our ads and then requested a pickup, our server may tell that ad network a request happened, so we know the ad worked. We send as little as possible, and we send nothing at all when your browser has Global Privacy Control on or when you switch it off below.

Only the companies that help us do the job, bound by contracts to use it for that job. We do not sell personal information, and we do not hand it over for ads that follow you to other sites.

• Our hosting provider (servers in the United States)
• An email delivery service, for confirmations, weigh-⁠in photos and receipts
• A payment processor, for the payment link we send after delivery (card details never touch our site)
• A notification tool our team uses to see new pickup requests
• The partner laundromat that washes your order, which receives your first name, address, window and handoff notes

Order records stay up to 24 months, then get deleted or stripped of anything that points to you. If we ever shut down a neighborhood or the whole service, everyone on the list hears about it, and their details are gone within 30 days.

Email hello@blocklaundry.com to see, fix or delete what we hold about you. A Global Privacy Control signal counts as an opt-⁠out of any sale or sharing. Do Not Track signals don't change anything beyond what this page already promises. Flip the switch below and this browser stops sending ad measurement.

Requests come from adults. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

Every edit changes the date up top. If an edit matters, we email everyone with a pickup on file or a waitlist spot.
